Shipping Policy

fatemart ships to most countries worldwide. Most of our products are sent directly from our fulfilment partners and supplier warehouses, so your order may ship from a warehouse in a different country than the one you live in.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on our products. The shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery usually takes about 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country, the warehouse and the carrier. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of customs, weather, holidays or carrier issues.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days after shipping to show its first update.

Several parcels

If you order more than one product, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by your country’s customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, or it arrives damaged or wrong, email us at fatemartllc@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
